Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods such as fresh flowers or offerings
• Digital downloads or e-materials
• Clearance items marked “final sale”

 

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs.
• For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges.

 

Refund Process

• After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.
• Approved refunds are issued within 5 – 7 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original and place a new order on shaktiplanet.com.

 

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched.
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Please follow the return procedure if you wish to return the item.
